Spray adjuvants improve how crop protection and nutrition products perform in the tank and on the leaf. Farmers use AMS replacements, drift reduction aids, compatibility agents, crop oil alternatives, defoamers, and tank cleaners across Midwest spray programs.

Browse adjuvant options, add multiple products to a quote list, and request call-for-price availability with your crop and water conditions. Always follow the product label for rates and mixing order.

Spray performance

What a spray adjuvant changes in the tank and on the leaf

A spray adjuvant is added to crop protection or nutrition products to change how the mix behaves in the tank and how it lands on the plant. Farmers use adjuvants for water conditioning, drift reduction, spreading, compatibility, foam control, and sprayer cleanup. Roush Ag Solutions quotes them with the herbicide, fungicide, insecticide, or foliar product they support.

  • A partner, not a replacement. The adjuvant supports the pesticide or nutrition product in the tank.

  • Water and partners. Water quality and the other products in the load change which adjuvant fits.

  • Both labels apply. The adjuvant label and the partner-product label still govern the mix.

Common requests

Adjuvant types Midwest spray programs usually include

Most quote requests fall into a few jobs: an AMS replacement for herbicide programs, drift reduction, a compatibility agent when products do not mix cleanly, a crop oil alternative, a defoamer, or a tank cleaner between loads. Start with the job the pass needs. If a name is missing from search, ask us to source it.

  • AMS replacement. A frequent request on herbicide programs that call for ammonium sulfate.

  • Drift and compatibility. Drift reduction and compatibility agents solve different tank problems.

  • Tank cleaner. Used when the next load cannot carry residue from the previous one.
